The hotel's location next to Katy Mills and the freeway is convenient, the rooms were constantly disturbed by slamming doors at 2 am from other guests nearby, and the service was nice and helpful when needed. The dining options had everything you need, and the facilities met expectations.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the location is excellent, right next to Katy Mills and the freeway, making it convenient for shopping and getting around. However, the noise from other guests slamming doors at 2 am was a major downside that disturbed my sleep and made the stay less enjoyable.
